Jordan Tersigni, BBA Marketing
Jordan Tersigni is Founder of JustPIXELit, and Co-Founder of Educare Academy. During his 15 years with Educare Academy, Jordan executed the role of Chief Marking Officer. Along with his assistance in expanding 6 new centers, Educare Academy underwent a complete transformation in 2013 that entailed rebranding a new name, logo, and marketing strategy. This resulted in complete dominance in the childcare industry in Northwest Ohio, followed by new streams of income through federal and state grants.
Jordan directed and marketed A+ Tutoring, a state funded program through the No Child Left Behind Act. Upon acceptance of this role, enrollment was at 30 children from the previous school year. In just one year, enrollment climbed over 220 children, resulting in a 633% increase. These numbers were consistent over the next three years until the grant was no longer funded.
He is certified in Google ads, web page, digital/multimedia, and information resources design. Jordan is also certified in web design.
Selynn Lazur began her career with Educare Academy gaining unparalleled experience in the marketing world, while also establishing herself as a respected Executive Assistant. Within her role at Educare Academy, she was greatly involved with the rebranding process, taking on various special projects during the transformation. Currently working as Operations Manager for Just Pixel it, she is responsible for the attraction, engagement, development, and experience of its clients. Selynn has an educational background in Business Management Technology and is currently working towards technology certifications.

Olivia is a social media expert with over 4 years’ experience in developing digital and social media strategies and campaigns. Olivia has managed social media for non-profit organizations, including the YMCA of Greater Toledo. While working at the Y, she not only managed social media accounts for 11 branches and created social media campaigns for its 27 child care centers, but also was an interim marketing coordinator and interim creative director. She oversaw the creation of online and hard copy marketing collateral that promoted membership growth and program enrollment. Olivia is a multitasker and has great organization skills. She is certified in social media, email marketing, and Google Ads. Olivia has a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Toledo.

Michael Tersigni, BBA Marketing, MBA.
Michael Tersigni is the founder and former CEO of Educare Academies. He has successfully built, owned and operated a chain of childcare centers in Northwest Ohio for nearly 30 years. Michael has been an active member on several boards and committees in The State of Ohio, developing programs and policies impacting all areas of the Early Learning Industry. He also served on the State’s 10 Member Steering Committee for the Statewide Early Learning Initiative Program.
Michael’s demonstrated ability to successfully reach target markets for Early Learning Programs implemented by the State of Ohio have resulted in the following honors:
- Personal invitation and request from the Director of The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and the Director of the Ohio Dept. of Education to guide the agencies and their sponsors as they struggled to reach Early Childhood Markets during the implementation of the ELI (Early Learning Initiative) Program in Ohio’s 88 Counties.
- The only private, for profit Early Childhood Education Provider to have been awarded funds to serve markets outside of their home counties because of the demonstrated ability to successfully reach target market’s in the home county. This resulted in his privately held company becoming the largest single Statewide ELI program, operating in 23 counties with a single program bi-annual budget of over $18 million.
- Annual increases in recent grant awards from The Ohio Department of Education for the successful implementation of The Early Childhood Education Program for maintaining full enrollment as a result of a strategic internet presence.
Tracy Disbrow is owner and operator of Tracy Disbrow Photography. She is a well-known, natural light photographer in the Toledo and surrounding areas. Her specialty is Newborns, Maternity, Family, and Portrait photography, in which she tells stories through photos while capturing moments of life. Through numerous workshops and mentoring programs, she has continued to grow her business and extended her eye to many local business. This includes athletic clubs, real estate agencies, health food stores, hair salons, etc. She currently extends TDP Photography services to select Educare centers throughout the year for school photos.
